    Cassette + Digital Album

This box contains 'Moirai' EP printed on tape and micro CD.
Everything is handcrafted and numbered to 13 copies only.

'Moirai' was recorded with an original reel from the 60's. To give you back the perfect feeling of the ruined sound this EP has been printed on Computape cassettes, a handful of old 80's computer tapes.
Don't expect a clean result, this is how it was meant to be.

about

[eng]
In ancient Greek religion and mythology the Moirai, often known in English as the Fates, were the incarnations of destiny, weaving the thread of life of every other human and god. Their number became fixed at three: Clotho ["spinner"], Lachesis ["allotter"] and Atropos ["the unturnable"], a metaphor for death.

I imagined, instead of the thread, their hands holding a magnetic tape, using and lacerating sampled tape reels and field recordings.
